I would not have given one star but I had to. Horrible customer service lately . It never was before but new staff members are rude and unfriendly. I will be looking for another agency quickly.

Joe and his team are phenomenal! They bend over backwards to help you any way they can, they respond very quickly and are right there, I will definitely stay loyal to them long term, had several mis happenings with stones chipped my vehicle windshield, I felt bad asking for coverage, but they never blinked, they covered it in full with Encova insurance, Hamsher Insurance is definitely the best in the area, they have the coverage on my house, vehicles, camper, motorcycle, and trailer, they are the best!
