I do not recommend this company, I have been trying to speak with the man that got my call, to help my friends get the ITIn number application, he was extremely rude, how can people treat potential client like that?

I called up to gather some information since I have not filed with them before. The lady I talked to was extremely rude. I was in the middle of talking and she had hung up on me. When I tried calling back they ignored my phone call.

Rude and frustrated with my questions, even though I stressed that I have a weird situation and I literally just started doing my own taxes. Acted as if this is all stuff I should've already known when that was the very reason I was calling, because I DIDN'T know. Would not use again.
