This year was the first time I had Goodman do my taxes. I was very hesitant and overwhelmed to even reach out to a tax service as I did my taxes previously. I met with Brittani and she helped me every step of the way along with teaching me other write offs for my small business that I did not claim the previous years. I felt a relief after meeting with her and will be sticking with them for the many years to come. Thank you guys for being amazing at what you do and caring about each of your clients. I've been using Goodman Tax Services for about 7 years now. Always great service and there to help when I have any questions. When taxes are complete they are very well organized for who needs paid and any next steps I may need to take as a taxpayer.

Terri herself was great the first time I filed, however when I returned the quality of service was extremely low. From 4/13/21 - 5/17/21 there was no contact. When I called I was told my taxes would be started 5/26 and an extension was already filed. I called 6/7 to check on the status of my taxes only to be told they haven't been filed and had no idea when they would be finished due to someone having an injury. This is the most unprofessional business I have encountered in a long time.

Terri has been doing our taxes for years. She really knows her stuff! She and her staff have always been top notch, organized and very professional. Contrary to the previous review, we've never had problems reaching them, or getting calls returned. My adult son moved to California years ago, but continues to use Terri, instead of switching to someone local to him.

They know their stuff, but they are impossible to get ahold of, and don't complete their work. It is JUNE 12th, over two months after I filed my taxes and last week I called every day with no response attempting to find out where my return was. I have yet to receive a $2,000 tax return and after finally being able to talk to someone today, they realized they never actually submitted my tax return.... I asked for a 20% discount considering that return was 1 of 5 tax forms they did for me and she refused. She even had the audacity to tell me that even though I paid them $160 to do my taxes, it's my responsibility everything gets submitted because it's my tax return. Like uhh... why am I paying you then.... Clearly customer service and clerical work is NOT their forte.
