Rebecca and her team are true SuperStars! They’ve insured our home for yours and I was lax in considering a move from the auto insurance company I have been with for years. It took that carrier suddenly raising our rates an extraordinary amount with no claims history out of the blue for me to Neissink agency to quote the coverage. They not only got me a better price, but also better coverage with much higher protection, and did it as I was sitting right there at their desk. I dealt with Liz on this particular occasion and she was a true master of her craft. She knew how to ferret discounts and where to bump up coverage where it mattered and get me a stellar policy for less than my 13-years of loyalty prior carrier. That’s because she’s more than a call center operator who just plugs some broad data into the broiler plate app and calculator and let the underwriting Dept just take a stab in the dark. Liz even made contact with underwriting to ensure the best policy rate for me, taking my good history into account. They have two offices as well to make in-person visits just as convenient as if having to call or email, if that’s your preference.
