If you go through this location, only work with Austin. Susan and Arrow's favorite response to questions are 'I'm not sure what to tell you, that's what the computer is saying' and 'it is what it is.'

Originally I was quoted at an estimate of $250/month. Ended up throwing numbers about and I got a bill for $390/month. When I called and asked, they kept saying 'weird, let me look into it.' with out giving me reason other than 'you know Michigan is more expensive. I don't know what to tell you.'

Within 2 days of shopping around I found a provider that was able to provide me with more coverage amount, less deductible and half the payment/ month.

Austin at this branch is the only team member I feel comfortable working with as he was able to get me answers and actually looked into the reasoning behind them. Thank you, Austin.

We contacted our Insurance Agency to let them know we had traded our car for a new car. We thought that was the end of that, but within a couple of days we received a personal call from Arrow Dickerson one evening. We had just purchased a new car. She went over all the coverage we had, but with the purchase of our new car, we wanted to know that we have enough coverage. After talking to her, she explained that we did not carry enough insurance coverage. The cost of medical care is SOOO expensive and that 25 years ago, what would have been adequate coverage then...it is NOT enough coverage in todays standards.After thinking about it, we decided we had too much to lose in case we accidentally hit someone or if someone hit us that was uninsured or underinsured .We decided to go with the umbrella coverage. The peace of mind is immeasurable .Thank you Arrow...we really love the fact that our Agent is being more proactive.
