Joann was spectacular. She’s very knowledgeable and has great phone etiquette. Anytime we had questions on something for our cars/home, all we had to do was give her call and she had a solution almost instantly. Not only that, she got our rates the lowest we have ever had them since we became adults. Very thankful for the experience as we never felt pressured to be sold something, rather just helping up us out the best way possible!
