I was in an accident on the 21st of November. I have never been in a serious accident before, and thankfully I have Rick as my agent! When we first bought our home in 2019 We were recommended Clingman insurance by a family member and I couldn't be happier! This was our first home and we had no idea what to expect. Through other insurances we have had renters insurance but it was usually a quick online app and wham bam thank you mam you're insured. Rick really took the time to set us down explain the different coverage types and price points to help us find what we wanted. He truly listened to what we had to say and we didn't feel pressured into any other packages. Since then we have had our main drain collapse and they covered most of the charge! during that whole process they were quick and very helpful with getting it taken care of. Then Someone backed into me and totaled my car. not only did Rick walk me through the process with time frames to know what I was going to expect but he called me on a weekend after business hours to tell me that when I found a car send him the VIN and he would give me quotes on how my insurance would change. I ended up finding my new car within a week with very little stress. Today a rock was kicked up on the highway and cracked my windshield. Am i accident prone and possibly the owner of the worst luck in the world or is this just 2020? Who knows. Rick answered the phone right away informed me that I have no deductible told me who to call and gave me a time frame that was spot on accurate. I have had a few other insurance companies before but none have ever been this cheap while covering more nor have they been this quick and friendly. The fact that if i need something and I know i have met my agent face to face is just a wonderfully added bonus! I truly recommend Erie insurance through Clingman!
