The best in the Business. Joel has been may agent since his office opened. He is so knowledgeable and cares about his clients. His office is always happy to review policy’s , and make sure that as my life changes, my policies update to suit me better in my changing life. Joel is honest and very easy to talk to. Joel and Irma have been some of the best people I have worked with when it comes to insurance needs. A couple years ago I had a really bad car accident while my mom was really sick and in the hospital. Not only did they help me through the claims process, but they helped me to make sure my mom’s stuff was taken care of and were there for me as a person, not just a customer. Totally grateful to be with an amazing office!

I have been with State Farm for 32 years and have worked with many different agents during that period of time from all over the country. I would definitely rank my experience in working with Joel Gruber and his staff as one of the best I have had under the State Farm umbrella. Joel is a second-generation State Farm agent, so he comes with a level of industry knowledge and experience that encompasses not just his professional career, but a whole life of exposure, really. That said, it's not hard to find agents who understand insurance. When you hire an agent you're really looking for someone with a customer service attitude who not only inspires confidence but will be enjoyable to work with. Joel's commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious from the first moment you meet him. Joel listened to my concerns, honored my preferences for contact (I hate sales calls!), intelligently and respectfully answered all of my questions whenever I had them, was incredibly responsive, and never tried to 'upsell' me on insurance I didn't need or investment services I had not asked about. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you are in the market for a solid, knowledgeable, and fun-to-work-with agent.

I had a difficult situation due to the death of my parents and their Agent transferring their account without notifying me, as executor. I was frustrated and worried about the coverage lapsing. the previous office gave me a number to call so someone else could figure out who actually had my policy. Joel Gruber Answered the phone and took over this situation. Joel turned it around beyond my expectations. My parents policy wasn’t even in his jurisdiction, yet he took it upon himself, after business hours, to find a resolution that was more than I had expected. Joel is the model for a true professional! He was compassionate, very knowledgeable, reassuring, warm, witty and very kind. Thank you, Joel! Customer for life!

This was my very first insurance agency and I can easily say I will never switch to anyone else as long as Joel’s agency is around.
