As an agent they have been the worst credit union to work with. What’s the point of having a shared branch if ever month when I try to take money out I can’t due to it being flagged as fraud. Every month!!! And it takes about 1-2 hours to fix. I’m glad I just paid of my biz loan. Now I can switch to a real bank.

I wish I could rate the company it's self but this is will do. By far the worst credit union ever. I was with them for 20 years and they changed to this stupid Tulee app and it's horrible. Half the time it doesn't work. Your making it difficult for people to manage money. Shame on you for making such a horrible app. I can't wait to leave this credit union

There is no transparency in this new Tulle app. We had a system w up to the minute transactions and now that was replaced. Not a trustworthy system, every time I have to review my transactions I have to call and get an operator to go line by line on my recent transactions. It is beyond unprofessional and a step back in technology. Sorry but Farmers has become unreliable and obviously struggling in this day and age.

Wait time is 30 min to an hour for simple questions. You will get transferred more than 2 times during this 30 min.
This new tulle app is horrible, you can’t complete on transaction on one platform the you will need to use laptop for some things and the online tulle for others.

I love banking at Farmers credit union !!! With that being said, it's like the staff is more like family as soon as you walk in the door your made to feel welcome I feel like I have a personal banker in Eric Herrera, he along with the other staff has help my with finances, credit repair, loans, credit cards I've been able to manage my financial situation with this bank way better. It's nice to get phone calls and or emails with info about your account or reminders it shows how much they care about their customers !!!

I have been a farmers account holder for almost 10 years with many accounts. My experience has been pleasant until I recently applied for a loan and was assigned Megan Tondreau as my loan officer. She declined my application without a phone call or email to explain and when I received a letter in mail two weeks later I had to track her down. When I contacted her she was very rude and told me the decision was final. I checked my loan history and decided to email the last loan officer who helped me. The same day my new loan officer approved me within minutes and money in my account same day!

The staff is AMAZINGLY helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I enjoy my banking visits, since it’s like catching up with friends every time. All of the staff members help with new products, sorting out any issues, and make multiple transactions easy.

Another 4 weeks have gone by and we are still waiting for the loan papers Farmers review

Applied for a loan here and we have great credit, 3 1/2 weeks later STILL not done putting it together. When I apply at Hughes, Vantage West or OneAz I get and answer back in a couple of hours, sign and done.

Here is their excuse "sorry we are busy". Wow, shows how much they care about their fellow employees!!!

They get a 5 stars on the Theysuck-o -Meter
