I have been a customer for many years and they have always treated me like family. I won’t even think about going elsewhere because of how well they treat me. Always have been there to help me if I need it. ❤️❤️❤️ Love them.

Horrible company.
Chris especially is terrible. First they set up my policy wrong and only had liability while I requested full coverage which I only caught by accident after 5 months. Changed my payment amount multiple times. When I've called they have given me wrong information from someone else's account, disclosing private information.
So hard to get a hold of to even talk to. And then when I finally had enough and canceled my policy with them they stated that there's no cancellation fees multiple times, then I get cancellation fees a week later... I can't say enough how unprofessional, inconsistent, sloppy and unreliable they are. Go somewhere else, these people aren't it.

We have been customers of Chris for years and he has always found us the best deals and helped us with all our questions and needs. The whole staff is friendly and calls back right away if you leave a VM. We didn't hesitate to have him shop for our first home insurance policy too.

Would not recommend this insurance company! Cancelled my policy with this company 2 months ago and I'm expecting a refund. I've called several times, left numerous messages, filled out every form they asked for and after 2 months I have not received my money. I was told I will receive my refund in 3 weeks, but I'm not sure when or if I will ever see my refund! Terrible customer service, they don't return calls, slow to respond to their customers' requests, but quick to take your payments. I'm not the only customer that seems to have issues with this company. Do yourself a favor and find another company that cares about their customers. Scammers!

I had been a long time customer with a 1-800 insurance company and after meeting Dan and Chris I had them review my policy. Since they are independent agents they were able to shop around and find me the best plan for our car and home coverage. They found me a plan with more coverage for less money and I got to stay with the same provider that I've had for over 15 years. All of my platinum member befits stay with me but Dan and Chris are taking care of me way more than any 1-800 company ever could. I HIGHLY recommend them.
