It's always so pleasurable to stop by Amos Jeffries State Farm Agency in Dayton! Amos, Mark and the ladies are always so courteous and available for clients! Mrs. Sharon Dugger-a State Farm Associate at the 1017 3rd St. location in Dayton, Ohio...is an amazing & remarkable person. I paid a visit to this location on Tuesday June 25th 2024. Mrs. Sharon is extremely professional & knowledgeable of what her work entails. Her customer service skills are impeccably. Her patience is immensely noteworthy! The way she convey the helpful information is easy to follow. She assisted me w/ my car insurance payment. She helped me get the car insurance policy in my name & she also quoted me for renters insurance. Within a few minutes of her presentation, I was convinced to purchase renters insurance. Mrs. Sharon Dugger also enlightened me on various life insurance policies. So, I now have an appointment on July 3rd 2024; to inquire about Whole Life Insurance. We got a phone call to come into the office to review our insurance plan. I will be honest. I was very reluctant to do so. Thankfully we did because Dalora saved us over $500 by bundling our auto insurance with our homeowners insurance. We also saved money because our storage unit is covered under our homeowners insurance. The auto insurance coverage was much better than the coverage we previously had.
