He and I were having a discussion via email, and he got frustrated with me quickly, I asked him nicely to drop the issue, and stop emailing me.

So far, I've asked nicely 5x to drop the issue and stop emailing me.

He seems completely incapable of dropping this issue, or being professional in any way at this point. And if I block him he's been my agent 15-16 years, so it's possible I need to deal with him, but he was so angry today and so upset and so incapable of dropping the issue and not sending me another email.
