I have had the same person twice and she’s very rude. She is a younger person. I wish I did not have to bank here at all. It’s unfortunate she has a job at all. I did not get her name. She was working the far right corner of the workspace on 1/9/25. This was my second encounter with her and she definitely needs some customer service training. She acts very entitled and is not helpful at all. She actually has told me misinformation as well on my loan. It would be lovely if she was fired or moved to a position where she did not have to encounter anyone, maybe a basement.

I have been using wright patt for almost 15 years and loved it, but I am now thinking about switching due to their new payment system now taking days for only the credit card when it used to be automatic and still is for savings. This now a frustrating and terrible system. It comes out of your checking right away, but doesn't pay off the credit card for days making your credit card usable for days.

There's something wrong with the atm here. We tried to deposit cash, but the machine could not recongize the bills. It then quickly spit out all the bills onto the ground, instead of releasing them in a way that the driver could grab them. We had to pull the car up and out of the way and get out to chase our cash that was blowing all over the lot. Be careful if you plan to use the atm here.

Big, bright, comfortable lobby. Has a coin machine - no service fee charged. Every employee with whom we've ever interacted has been helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms. Coffee service in the lobby is sporadic - wish they wouldn't put it out if they don't plan to keep the pot filled.

I never like to write reviews, but I am so beyond happy with the help I got today. I accidentally withdrew money (and accidentally too much) from the account, went inside - explained everything. They walked me through my mistake, listened to me - never interrupted me; refunded the transfer fee from my mistake (thank you again) and were just so amazing. If you're looking for a bank, go here. I used to not believe in banks, a friend of mine recommended me here a year or two ago - I've never had a single regret about keeping my funds here. You guys are awesome

Right now you must do all business at the drive thru. No inside business unless you have a appointment. It was.my first time at this WPCU member center and using the machine was a little confused but the tv camera to see and communicate with a teller. They have two machines so traffic backed up a lot. Took me over a half hour to get to the machine😵
