I researched numerous agencies for auto insurance looking for price as well as customer service. I was very lucky to find both in Holobaugh Agency. We are disappointed with Holobaugh ever since Jared left. Joanie was assigned to us and she has not failed to disappoint. Last year our rates went up like normal and I asked for a better rate and Joanie practically laughed and me and said "Sorry, everyone's rate has gone up, even mine" She has poor communication skills and poor knowledge of the business.

I called in Dec and 3 times in Jan to speak to her about all 3 of our policies. She has never called back or sent an email. So strange, I guess she is still on Holiday vacation. The poor receptionist has to keep making excuses for the company. I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.
