Ok bank. My beef is that they block any payment coming from china. I buy stuff semi regularly from aliexpress/alibaba but xpress is the only site that gets the block. It's super annoying that I can't spend MY money where I want to spend it. I end up having to call in to remove the block and yet they still can't remove it and I can't understand 95% of w/e the other person is saying.

edit, changing to 1 star review because my account gets hacked and they don't block the charge which then puts me on overdraft. Poor service.
