I had a nightmare of an experience with northpoint asset management. Primarily Heaven Pennymon. I would suggest no one do business with this company. Take the time to check their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. When moving out of my rental unit, Heaven Pennymon Provided me with a move out check sheet and I followed to the tee. She is attempting to change me $2900 to repaint the entire interior. I have asked for photographic evidence of these damages as well as evidence that these repairs were even made and no such proof has been given to me. The unit was left undamaged and she is attempting to steal from me. I’m sure this is not the first time this company has done business this way and would warn others to stay far far away from them. Heaven also broke multiple points of my rental agreement during the move out period. 1) she did not give a 48hr notice to enter the property as required by the date of Arizona and 2) she did not inform me of the date of the move out inspection. Both of these are required by the state of Arizona to avoid situations like this. Bottom line is this business conducted business with me unethically and is attempting at scamming me out of my security deposit. For those looking to rent a unit managed my north point or heaven pennymon, It is also important to note that during my lease, I was without air conditioning for over a month during the Arizona summer. Internal temperatures of my rental unit were over 100° for 30 days straight. Heaven did not take this seriously and ignored my calls and texts on multiple occasions. I believe they are trying to recoup the discounted rent from when the air conditioning was out by keeping my security deposit. I will be contacting the BBB, Chanel 3, as well as the state of Arizona on this matter. I want to give every person a fair warning to diligently stay away from this business and especially heaven Pennymon. I want to believe that North point asset management would not do business like this across the board; however, it seems they are backing and doubling down on the unethical ways their employees do business.

We are very pleased with Northpoint Asset Management! We have multiple rentals and have used other PM companies. Northpoint is the BEST we have experienced in years. They are hands-on property management, great customer service, response time, and professionalism. All of their Agents/PM's are licensed Realtors which allows for excellent local market knowledge. We have used them to buy & sell our investment properties as well.

Stephanie Ameen was selected as my property manager at Northpoint management. I am so grateful to have her during this experience. She has been responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns that I had so far.
Her reply time was fast and she was very supportive during the whole process. I was doubtful, and stressed out a bit at the beginning. Stephanie eased my mind and calmed my spirit.
She delivered as promised, which made me not regret choosing Northpoint management.

Special shout-out to their associate director, Sean Romero: he's very helpful and nice on the phone, attentive to our needs, and addresses all of our concerns quickly and clearly. Shawn Romero has been very helpful as a property manager. We had quite the stressful move-in with some unexpected suprises and he did his best to quickly fix the situation with professionalism. Whenever we have needed him he has been quick to respond. I would highly recommend his services!

So far, we are very pleased with Northpoint Asset Mgmnt! They have great customer service, response time, and are very friendly. Sean Romero, the Associate Director, actually made a point to stop by our place just after we renewed our lease to say hi and get acquainted, which was rather sweet. He really gave us the impression that he cared about us, and has been there for every question and concern we've had. We've had zero problems with them, and I'm sure if we ever do they'll do everything in their power the help us. A+, Northpoint!
