Started out great, good service when transferring policies from another state. Set up our new accounts and helped us while doing our new home policies and everything. BUT when a car accident happened , others fault, our agent was hands off. No assistance through the process. After 40 +years with this company and had other great agents that were hands on through all our needs. We received a late invoice from a tow truck service for an accident that was not our fault. Instead of paying the tow bill (one of the items we pay extra for on all our auto policies( we were informed: "We don't like paying for those because we have to surrogate the other agency and it takes to long for us to get paid").
Not sure what I pay them for if this agency doesn't want to do his job.
May look for a new agent or after all these years, or maybe look for a new company. Bad business practices.

I was impressed with the way State Farm handled the claim. I say that as I had to originally deal with another insurance company and the service level was terrible. I would have thought that with a no fault accident that they would have treated me like a human being. I now realize that you get what you pay for and some companies are more helpful than others. I was able to get help when I needed it, given a tight time frame and dealing with a total loss.It was interesting to compare State Farm vs the "other guys" and State Farm was way better to deal with. I was able to call in and they knew who I was and knew the claim number. I got very sound advice from Nils when I first had to deal with the other insurance company. I appreciated the sound advice and for State Farm for taking care of business where others handled it their way.

I think you’d be hard pressed to find a State Farm agency with better customer service than Nils and his team. Maggie is amazing, as are all of his team members. Nils is quite dedicated to his customers and takes pride in everything he does for you. He never rushes you, or pushes you out the door. He truly cares about you and yours. If customer service is of the utmost importance to you, choose Nils. Since rates are universal, wherever you live in Arizona, you might as well have someone who really cares to go along with the premium you pay.

Both agents working in this office made the pain of finding a new insurance company a little less terrible. It is rare to be able to call an insurance company and actually talk to a person who is in the office right down the street. I had a bunch of questions regarding coverages and each time I called or emailed, my questions were answered with courtesy. I switched all my vehicles, houses, and motorcycles over to State Farm and only have to deal with State Farm. No more having multiple companies covering my belongings.

This agency has ALWAYS gone above and beyond my expectations. Whenever there is a possibility of lowering my premiums I get a call. If I have any questions they are more than willing to help me with any concerns. They worked with me to get quicker payments on my claims and when there was a miscommunication about coverage they took care of it for me. I especially want to give a shout out to Alison in this office. She is amazing at customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance experience and I will miss them terribly when we move out of state.
