This is our second time using River Valley. We had a hail storm come through and needed roof, siding, and gutters on our house and pole barn. So we contacted Casey again. He helped us go over options and deal with the adjuster. Very professional and friendly. The crews they sent out did a great job! We love the way the house looks after they were done with repairs! I would recommend this place to anyone!

River Valley Restorations, especially Aaron Howes has been amazing helping get our house and fence look like a whole new property after damage from a storm that tore half our fence out and destroying our side of our house including a window. Aaron came out and helped me every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about this company. I reached out to them after strong winds blew off a half dozen shingles from our home. Phil responded quickly to take a look. He then gave me an estimate and offered to begin working with our insurance company. When the insurance company's check wasn't nearly enough, he went to bat for us and got the entire roof replaced. The work crew showed up early, covered everything around the house and went to work. I was amazed at how fast the roof was replaced, maybe 8 hours if that, especially since our roof is so steep. They even went so far as to paint our vent pipes to match the new roof for a better look. After they cleaned up, we only found 2 nails and no trash!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a home built in 1890 that needed extensive exterior work which included exterior siding, repairing/replacing a large section of the roof (that had slate shingles) and new gutters. We're very pleased with the results - the crews doing the work were very efficient and left our property as clean as it was when they started. Casey was there throughout the process if we had any questions. A job well done and we certainly would recommend people contact this company for their home remodeling work.

We originally reached out to River Valley Restoration in March of 2022 after we discovered a leak in our roof. Casey called my husband and scheduled an appointment to come take a look at everything and get a plan together. When Casey was measuring and inspecting our roof, he noticed damage that was causing our leak. He helped us through the insurance process of filing a claim and dealing with adjusters, etc. Once it was all approved, materials were ordered and our roof was replaced within a week. The workers were very neat, it was like they were never there. We then decided to also have our siding replaced. Casey was very patient through the whole process (there was a lot of hand-wringing deciding on colors.) Overall we have been incredibly happy with our decision to work with River Valley Restoration, and specifically Casey, on these projects. The before before photo is a few years old, when we first purchased our house, then after the roof installation and finally after the new siding. It is like we live in a whole new house!

I called John and needed an estimate on replacing our roof. He came out the same day a gave us a great estimate. We were going through our insurance and he took care of the whole process. The crew showed up ready to work and cleaned up every bit of their mess. I couldn’t even tell they had been there. If you’re looking for a local company with fair pricing then they are your people. RVR just installed siding on our house. They did a fantastic job! We worked with Casey and he responded every time I called or texted. It took a while to get the materials for our project but I was updated on a regular basis. I will definitely use this company again.
