I hope I can get back in to triple a once I get My perment I now have more free time to practice . I won’t have to rush around looking for a sitter. And I want to say sorry from a year or so back that my ex posted . I am apologizing for what he posted but I can promise you there will be no more of that . I am sorry what was said by my ex . I was so close to get my license till coaches went out . I really hope you guys will take me back. I am sorry for my irresponsibility for trusting my ex with my phone I am ready to do this I really hope you guys forgive me of my stupidity for being irresponsible I have learnt so much now then I did I am read to start this again . Since then I have not had anyone around my residence since end of 2018. I am ready to do this become a achiever that I can be . I ask my family to help me they won’t help me so please please give me a chance to work with me help me be successful .

Took an adult driving class, paid for the class. After the instructor insisted on selecting my choices on paperwork to help the process, my certificate was denied by the BMV Due to him selecting the wrong box. When I called to tell them what the BMV suggested I have them do, was literally yelled at by the instructor to "shut up" and "stop talking" I was crying at this point at how rude he was being to me, then was told that he couldn't do what the BMV said, that he would have to refile for a certificate, and that I would have to pay another fee to get another copy of the certificate. And that I would have to come to a different office further away to pick it up. I have been a AAA member since I was 19. My parents have been members for over 25 years. I've never been so disrespected by a professional in my life. I would not recommend them, for any use.

Our 16 year old son took driving lessons through AAA. They were very professional, and taught him a lot about the basics of driving and how to be safe on the road. I would recommend them to anyone

This office gets the job done, but the staff are hardly outgoing or particularly accomodating. I needed some maps and was required to visit the office--they would not mail them to me (I'm a 39 year "AAA Plus" member, and have only called for a tow about 10 times over the years). Even the layout of the office communicates a slight we-versus-them, staff -versus-client mentality, because when you come in the counters are all arranged to keep you more or less just inside the door. Granted their space may be a bit tight but it leaves you feeling not like a dues-paying member of your organization as much as some schmoe at the DMV. NEXT! Their parking is usually just enough but is downright dangerous owing to the street layout. You seem to have to drive right through a busy intersection to exit, so it is never quite clear if you're with or against the traffic light. Finally, the TRIP-TIK service provided by AAA has actually gone downhill as a result of the digital age. They have done away with the professional printed multi-color maps, and replaced them with low-rez page inserts that are, quite frankly, more trouble than they're worth. This is especially so in the age of Google and GPS.

Put me through 100 questions to "verify who I am" only to get cut off and no help. Thank God my insurance carrier had roadside assistance.
