I have been extremely happy with Mathews Insurance and the staff. If you call, you will always get a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. I have been a customer for many years, and I have never had an issue with them. When I lost my roof and main electric feed in one of the recent wind storms, they were right on it - and it was less than 10 days from the time I filed the claim to the time a check was issued. I taught business management for 30 years, and this company and the staff get an A+ from the teacher!

I don’t know where to start I have so many great things to say about having the team at Mathews Insurance Agency take care of all of my insurance needs. Mallory Swaim is simply the best professional I have ever worked with. She went way above beyond to make sure I am fully covered at the best rate possible. She is very patient and extremely knowledgeable while answering all my questions until I am comfortable with the best plan that meets my needs. She also found opportunities for additional discounts. She sent a follow-up with me when my insurance is due to make sure I didn’t miss a payment. She makes having insurance so easy! Let's face it, we all hate paying for insurance! But, the folks at Mathews somehow make taking your money a pleasant experience! On a serious note, if it were not for the customer service that I receive there, I would be shopping for lower rates every day. Mallory Swaim is just an amazing agent. She answers my texts before I send them, morning, noon, night and weekends! She's knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking. Give them a try if you're shopping for insurance!

I lived in Athens for 2 years and used Mathews Insurance the whole time for auto & homeowner’s insurance as well as an umbrella policy. I shopped around and the coverage to value ratio was the best I found. I had questions over the years and loved being able to simply reach out to my agent for answers.
