I lived in their property on 3rd place NW in Center Point from Dec 2021 to July 2022. I found the place on the internet when trying to make the transition from Florida to Alabama. I spoke to Troy G on his personal cell phone(3716) several times before signing the lease and leaving Tampa for Alabama. The only reason this is rated 1 star is because the home had the potential to be a beautiful property. The owners and maintenance assured otherwise. There were no screens in the windows. It would not have mattered if there were screens because only 3 windows in this 4 bedroom house were not painted shut. When speaking to Maintenance Supervisor Jonathan said blatantly that "because you are not on section 8 we are not obligated to have the windows working". I also had complained of the fact that there was enough dirt if the vents of the furnace that I could have a flower garden in each of the rooms and several other things. They scheduled a HVAC man out to my address that never showed due to Coivd and advised they were sending someone else that showed up 10 days later. when asking the maintenance supervisor Jonathan if the other items would be repaired as Troy had agreed? Jonathans reply was that "we not gonna do that, if we repaired everything that was wrong with al the units we would be out of money. The repairs wont happen because as soon as the tenants come in they give us a list of things thats wrong and a few months later I have to come back out here and put a notice [eviction] on their doors, just think if we did all those repairs we would be out of money and the tenant is gone." I should have know that things were to good to be true when speaking to the owner Troy who was seemingly working out of the Florida location that things started and I requested for him to make corrections on my lease because of errors he made and he did not for the entire time that I was there. Good thing I have receipts, emails, text messages and voice recordings. There are no words that I can use to describe just how HORRIBLE this company is in my opinion. Upon purchasing a home so that I could get out of there, I contracted covid. I moved here from Florida so I had no family or friends here. My lender tried to reach out to the management team to advise that my moveout had been delayed and neither of us got any response. Two weeks later when speaking to Troy the owner, he acknowledged that he had received the email and permitted me to go into the home to get my remaining items. When I returned, many of my items were missing from the home. I called Jonathan the maintenance supervisor because Troy said he would have to follow-up with him to get information. Jonathan stated that "we thought you had moved and left the items, we started cleaning the unit out." I told him I knew differently because my things had been picked over there were things missing out of various rooms, not just one or two. The items that were taken were "selected". Jonathan stated he did not know who had done the "cleaning" but he would ask around and return the items. When advising that I would meet the person to get my items, he said he would have them returned to the house and I could pick them up on Monday. This was a Thursday. I waited and went to get my items on the Monday and holding true to their lack of professionalism, I found that many items that had been taken were not returned. When I sent Jonathan a text, there was no reply. I feel in my heart that it was him that took the items or he knows who had/has them. How are you the maintenance supervisor that is responsible for overseeing the crew, but dont know who was in there to do the job. The company and its staff are sketchy. There is NO working Alabama phone number for their office, only an address with a Florida phone number.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Complete rip off!!!! Office staff very rude!!! Owner never answers the phone!!!! And over charged me for charges when i moved out!!!
