I am not sure what's going at this place - but what was once a top notch agency is seeming going down hill, fast. I have worked with Sherri at the start, and always had great service - I was passed down to different agents over time, and ever since then I seem to have to ask multiple time for changes, updates, reviews of my account, and the like. Of late, I have tried to add a new driver, and have asked numerous times over the last 20 days to get this taken care of. and it is STILL.NOT.DONE. I have tried to contact my insurance company on my own, but because I have an agent - they won't even talk to me, it has to be handled by them. I am helpless. Each agent that I talk to is polite, and understanding, and somehow gains my trust that it will be taken care of - but time and again, it is not. 5 stars was the start, going down to 3, and rapidly approaching 1.

I spoke to Cindy about getting insurance for 3 cars and a renters. She told me she will send me a form to fill out. I provided 2 different emails and even left a voicemail. Well, nobody sent me a form to fill out or called back. I understand a human factor but... this is how you lose a customer ....

I was with State Farm for over 20 years and am now asking my self WHY Can I say that it has been a pleasant experience every time I have had to deal withe Phelan? Does anyone ever have a pleasant experience dealing with an insurance company? I know I never did until now. I had wind damage recently on my roof. I think I made one or two phone calls and in less than 2 weeks I had a new roof. I will stay with Phelan as long as they will have me. 🙂

Phelan is definitely the best insurance agency I have ever worked with. I use them for my trucking company and deal mostly with Mark Marshall. He has helped with anything we have asked for. Phelan's really does go above and beyond to make you feel like you are family and they take care of you. My business is lucky to have an insurance company that works hard.
