I've been insured by Erie since October of 2022 with nothing but positive experiences. My recent interests have lead me to travel and live temporarily out of state, so when I had windshield hail damage outside the state I was insured in, I thought I was in for a paperwork nightmare. When I called Erie the process was simple and I had a repair (completely free under my coverage, by the way) scheduled within a day of my first call. I called 3 other insurance agencies before calling this one and speaking with Britney Hart. The previous 3 agencies left me feeling uncomfortable and worried as none of them seemed to understand what General liability for a small business looked like. I called a week ago and spoke with Britney to get quotes for 4 cars and homeowners for two homes. She told me she’d get back with me within 24 hours and I never heard back ; even after I reached out to her twice. Not a good experience.

Matt and his Staff are always very professional and take care of everything needed in a timely and professional manner. He is our agent for all of our personal needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have been a customer for year and customer service has always been first class. This morning one of my drivers hit a deer at 6am. I reached out to Matt to see if he needed a police repeat fully expecting not to hear back until normal business hours. Matt responded in 5 min and had the claim filed by 6:30am. You can’t find customer service like this anymore. Thank you Matt and team for making a stressful situation less stressful. Highly recommended!!
