Agent John Turner is well-informed and does a great job at keeping his customers well-informed. Insurance is not a static product it is constantly changing it is good to have someone on your side not just a company robot kicking out quotes and collecting cash.John Really guides you into the products that you need to protect yourself your family and your businesses. Cost is one thing and value is another many people do not discover the value until they have a claim and discover they do not have the coverage they need,this is the reason you need an agent on your side providing you the right products at the right value for you not merely kicking out quotes for the masses.

Dianna till my agent, has never called me back but once since April. When I finally got in touch with her she hung up on me because she wanted to lecture me instead of discussing my case. Worse company ever. Worse agent I've even spoken with.
