NO STARS Three words for this company don’t do it. I repeat don’t do it. This company is awful. The communication is awful. The units are out of date and infested with mice I was in the apartment on 3414 Gamble Ave for less than 5 months and I saw rodents and no one helped after months of me contacting them To resolve the issue all they did was set traps nothing else.I had to leave and pack up my things with my child because of the issue then they went and slander my name when I put them down for my rental history to other apartments. They refuse to go inside of the unit below me to see if her apartment was infested because they were in the basement as well. These people are the absolute worst. All they do is take your money. They don’t have a phone number You can call for emergencies and get you to a call center and then it’s up to them when they want to contact you and then they give you an excuse saying that they have many units and that they can try to get back to you as soon as they can. My heat was not working on the coldest days of the year it was just an unbelievable, and the worst experience I’ve ever had for anyone who was trying to get in any of these units for this company don’t do it. They are also hiding underneath another company. Bbrents don’t go through them either.

They said they would come out and fix the burn marks and then they said that they where going to come out and fix my sink and never did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Please do not rent from here if you have a choice. I know they seem to own eveything but they are scammers. We paid 1300 a month for a 3 bedroom in Middletown and when we moved out they charged us $250 for window blinds ! Our house literally only had 5 windows ! Only one set of the blinds was “damaged” but we were charged to replace all. Little random things they charged for that made absolutely no sense. It’s almost Impossible to get ahold of anybody when you need them.

If 0 stars were an option it'd be -1. This place is full of liars and scammers. They are trying to charge me 950 for paint when I lived at the property for 3 years besides that the paint they use is not encapsulating and there was lead everywhere. To the point my 4 yr old had blood lead levels of .05. they tried multiple times to double charge me for rent good thing they send e statements. Shortly after moving out I went to collect my mail found a notice from the city there was lead in the water from the pipes. Not to mention the basement flooding with sewage 3 times a year. The house was never in "good shape" even when I moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

I'm currently trying to look for a house and the reviews are very TRUE when they say no one answers the phone. Technically the website is also a LIE. It says on there they don't accept deposits for coming soon but if you look on there most of them are Deposit Pending. I even tried to schedule a showing and immediately they cancelled it.

You cannot talk to anyone, and they do not answer texts or voicemails. To get an appointment, they are 2 weeks out. If you ask a question and you’re lucky enough to get a response, they tell you to go to your portal, when they could just answer the question. Some of the employees are very condescending, they know it, and they don’t care. We’ve had enough and are starting the new year with another management company. They couldn’t be any worse, and, fingers crossed, they’ll be good.

SCAMMERS!!! I rented a property in 2014. Properly terminated my lease, moved out of the property without issue or complaint from Dix in 2015, and just got served with a lawsuit 8 years later. They claim there were damages to the property and are suing me 8 years later for damages. Its a scam. They hope you dont keep records of the state of the property when you vacate. If you already are renting from them, KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING. TAKE MANY MANY PHOTOS.
