Don't rent from them. They do not answer maintenance requests, they won't return calls. They don't even update the portal when rent is paid. These pics are for "move-in ready", I have over 20 more. We haven't had hot water since we moved in, they're are numerous security issues for children. Don't waste your time or money for all this heartache.

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A HUMAN! I came across a storage area for rent on facebook, replied via marketplace, which sent me an auto email WEEKS AGO. NO follow up. No contact #. I had to Google the address to find a # then all the message says is to fill out an online application to get on their waiting list for a HOME. The original FB listing had NO set price listed ("starting at $250"), & I'm not filling out a HOME application just to ask about a STORAGE building. I already own my own home! Way too much work for a storage space! If they are managing your property, I'd find someone else.

These are nice people... But, the rent increase when renewing the lease ? That's crazy...And the per pet, per month charge is a little steep, At 50.00 each. ... Aside from that it's okay !!!
