Alan is a very professional, knowledgable, and efficient CPA. His rates are fair and he is keep his fees at a minimum due to his proficiency and promptness. I am very pleased with Alan Berg's work with my taxes. I started up an LLC with my son in 2019. The complexity of the start-up and the, admittedly, poor organization of business records had me very concerned. Mr. Berg calmly accepted my folder of papers and with just a couple of meetings sorted out the mess. He addressed all of my concerns and educated me on tax strategies going forward.
