I was trying to do a wire transfer and my other bank was asking for the ASCU Account Number. My transfer instructions from ASCU only had a Routing Number, so I went inside and ended up asking the Branch Manager for the account number. She became completely agitated as if I had the nerve to speak with her. She just kept saying routing number, routing number, routing number. In her broken English. I ended up just leaving because she was completely unhelpful. Luckily, I was able to figure out with my other bank's representative that ASCU uses their Routing Number as the "Account Number". The manager didn't have the verbal ability to tell me to use the routing number as the account number for the wire transfer. What a joke!

I moved and needed to join a credit union, I did my research and decided on American Southwest credit Union, I am so glad I did. I wish I could give them 10 stars from the very beginning I walked into the branch to the help from Kayli, Laura and everybody else who was involved in helping me with consolidating my bills, which was a godsend.

Laura and Kayli I now considered my new family of ASCU, I highly highly suggest and recommend if you need to reconfigure your life, you go see them.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a bank. Tellers are rude and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and do your banking somewhere else.

This place is great and the staff is amazing. I opened a savings account a few months ago and I've had zero complaints. The process was efficient and went smoothly. The person who helped me open my account was Diana. She was great. They have an app that let's you see your account ,very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this branch!

I really like banking here. Good people, great rates on loans and great service.
I will upgrade to 5 stars when they start opening all teller lines instead of just a few during lunch hours fromm 11 to 1.
