I had recently bought a travel trailer that ended up being too much for my current truck to handle comfortably. I went to Hughes to inquire about my loan options for a larger truck. Hughes quickly sat me down with Jennifer Rowe as a walk-in. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, providing me several loan options, despite my low credit score. I thought it would be difficult to buy from private party, though Jennifer made it extremely easy. Once I provided the proper documents, she was able to get me a first time auto loan. The entire process Was done in several days with me sitting in my new truck. Jennifer Communicated with me consistently And professionally throughout the process. I love walking in to my beach and the first person I see is Mrs Stacy Topmiller. She is the most friendly lady and always has a smile on her face and great to just stop and chat with. She makes me feel very welcome everytime and guides me to the right area. Have needed to visit the Cortaro Branch several times this summer to settle my mothers’s estate. It has been very challenging but Janjira has spent many hours on several occasions helping me to get things set up. She is knowledgable and very patient as I have worked through this. Additionally, all staff is always very pleasant and conscientious as they work with their customers. Definitely a great choice for banking.

I've been using Hughes FCU for a few years now. They are all Wonderful people at this branch on Cortaro and Silverbell. Stacy Topmiller, the lady who greets everyone as they walk in and directs them to the appropriate person to assist with their needs, is one of the sweetest ladies! Always kind. Always asks about our family and how we are.
They have great options for checking, and savings. They have Money market accounts and other ways to save for the future that have great interest options. I even brought my Dad and Mom to open accounts with them.
I would highly recommend doing your "banking" with these lovely people.
