BEWARE RENT FROM THEM..I RENT FROM THEM FOR 6YRS & 4MTHS.. always paid my rent on time kept my grass cut & added beautiful flowerbed...
Moved in with old raggedy cabinets & carpet & bedroom door the refused to replace b4 i moved in..no fresh paint just clipping & old paint..
The only maintenance they paid for was ..for the breaker box not being grounded...but not the big screen tv or 2 Playstations the faulty electrical wiring destroyed...& i had 2 pay for the kitchen sink constantly clogging because the plumber couldn't access the plumbing under the house because no crawl space or way 2 access the pipes under the house.
I told the office i was trying 2 move because my sick parents in 2019 but didn't find anything..Then in 2023 I'm informed that my rent was raised from $750 to $1000mth..told them i guess yall trying 2 put me out after being a good renter for 6yrs & 4mths..Michelle tells me & does up a contract that if i agree to a 1yr lease she will only raise my rent to $850 but charge me $950 + $75 rental fee if i wanted to stay month to month..& if i didn't agree i had 2 be out the end of that month... & gave me 15 days to sign.. I said but u know my mom sick & i need to move 2 del..
& the property manager Michelle i had 2 stop her from attacking a young white girl do her job at Oak Ridge Church on a Easter i happened to go....So when i when in the office to give another 30day notice..Michelle made it her business to clown & embarrass me for asking her for paint to have their rental freshly painted..like i was a bum begging for money.

My husband and I had a great experience with securing a tenant (rather quickly) for our home through Investment Properties Management. They made themselves available almost immediately whenever we needed anything - property photos, showings, Diane even helped tidy things up when necessary for last-minute showings. She was great and very helpful to us through the process as first-timers!

The staff at IPM went above and beyond during the year I rented a house from them. Repairs were always done quickly. Due to no fault of their's, the house I was living in was broken into. They came out early the next day to repair the door. The office manager even asked me to write down a list of the items that were taken so she could look for them on buy and sell sites. She showed genuine concern. I highly recommend the staff and the quality of the houses that they rent!

This company is beyond AWESOME and I'm not just saying that say that because I'm very particular . Everything was how they mentioned and anytime I call about anything they are on two wheels to come . The staff is excellent with very great customer service skills there has not been one time i have been disappointed with this is company thus far . I am a proud tenant. If more stars was available to give I would most definitely do so because they deserve it . My son and I love our 3 bedroom home 🥰🥰🥰 I recommend you rent from them they are AWESOME !!

Natasha is wonderful!! The application process was quick and they worked with my schedule to view the home I was interested in and when I chose to move in sooner there was no issues!! Very professional but laid back at the same time which makes the process much easier. Any issue I’ve had they have gotten in touch with the land lord and so far have handled promptly and efficiently. So far everything is great!

The Salisbury office of Investment Properties Management group is phenomenal. They have managed my property in Salisbury for the past 8 years. They are timely in informing me of any issues related to my property. They have always acted promptly in any needed repairs. They are timely in sending my monthly statements and rent checks. They are professional in the manner in which they work with my renters and with me, the owner. I feel that I have a very good working relationship with the employees who work in this office.

I have rented a lived at one of the properties that they operate for 2 years, they provided excellent response to service requests and staff was efficient and effective in handling of issues regarding the living conditions of the household. Further, upon leaving the property, the handling of closing details and finalizing our moving out appears to have been resolved quite efficiently and with issues only arising from my own busy life. I strongly suggest anyone looking to rent get in touch with them as they have a variety of properties that they operate and are extremely professional in the handling of everything from moving in to clearly outlined and informative lease agreements.

I would live in one of their properties again in the future, and may well do just that at some point.

The experience I had with IPM was second to none. My cousin and I were looking for a place to reside, and the ladies at IPM made it extremely easy. We turned in our application and it was processed in a timely manner. Both ladies (Michelle & Natasha) showed extreme patience as I called a couple times a day, everyday, to check on things. Thank you so much for the positive experience, and we cannot wait to move in.
