Kirsten McArdle was absolutely fantastic at walking me through the pros and cons of my home owners, auto, umbrella, and worker compensation insurance. She deliberately took the time to hear all of my major concerns and showed me exactly where my existing policies were lacking versus what she could provide. Not only did she provide me with great service, but every single time I had a question or concern she was the one addressing it. No more phone calls with multiple people who don't know my needs at larger insurance carriers. Now I know I'm one phone call or email away from talking to someone who knows my exact situation. I know for a fact my family will be in good hands with this local, family owned business!

I was shopping for car and renter's insurance and came across McArdle insurance agency. Kristen gave me the best quote and I took the chance with Erie. It's been 2 years now and I get blown away on how knowledgeable and helpful Kristen is. I recently bought a home and man did she make the home owners insurance process so easy and a great rate! I have dealt with alot of insurance company's but this one is by far the best experience I have had! I 100% recommend kristen and the McArdle team!

I had another car insurance company for many years before switching to the McArdle Insurance Agency. The prices at the other company were getting too high for my budget and I was told to call this company from my boyfriend who has been with them since he started driving and I am so glad that I did. Not only did I get personal attention from a real person but I also got all of my questions answered. They worked with me with every step I had to do, between canceling with the other company to making my first payment, they have been very patient and helpful. I am so glad I switched almost a month ago and have not looked back.

For me personally, one of the main factors I consider when choosing a particular insurance carrier is customer service ratings and experience. Great prices are always a bonus, but for me that needs to be combined with great customer service. I am a person that values an established relationship with my agency and agent and I consider myself to have a great relationship with the McArdle Insurance Agency and with Toni, my agent. Each and every time I have called with a concern or inquiry I have gotten the nicest people and the best and quickest solutions and I could not be more appreciative!

I purchased my first car last year and McArdle was very adept at coordinating with the car dealership. I was able to get the car on the same day (a weekend mind you) that I met with the dealer. Very friendly customer service. My insurance agent was very knowledgeable and explained my policy options so I understood clearly what worked best for me.

I have never had a single issue with my interactions with the McArdle Agency. I have always gone through Toni if I have any questions or need to make changes to my policy. Toni is always prompt and helpful. Recently my premiums went up and she took it upon herself to review my policy and see if we could make changes to lower it. She saved me around $300 and I was extremely happy! Cannot recommend them more!
