Dakota was great! I've been with state farm for almost three years now and its the best car insurance ive had. I had progressive before this and was told "the longer you stay the lower your premiums" and that was the biggest lie. My premiums stay going down at state farm. Also the customer service is really really good, ive never dealt with anyone rude and if im told ill get a call back I get a call back from someone at the office no one outside the agency, and they all know what they're doing. I high suggest Ben Hailey and his team it cant get any better.

State Farm, and more specifically this office, have been absolutely amazing to me! Everything has been straight-forward, no hidden fees or additions to my policy randomly. When I call for questions Ben is always there and has time to answer me directly. His staff is absolutely amazing, polite and professional! They even reached out to me regarding a policy change that lowered my bill with absolutely no changes to my coverage. No company has ever asked if I would like to spend less for the same thing I am already paying for. I used to use USAA as my auto insurer but dropped them after having so many issues (random policy changes, never able to get ahold of someone that could directly answer questions, and just sent through the ringer on the phone). I genuinely am so happy with Ben and State Farm that I can't see myself going anywhere else! If you are not sure for yourself give them a call. This has been the best insurance experience I have had.
