Great company with very helpful agents.Maureen Finegan helped me with three new polices for Home, Auto and Personal Articles. She was extremely responsive and attentive to detail. I was already pleased with my old policies through them but she was able to find even better rates on these new polices!! She even worked directly with my Mortgage lender and Title agency without hesitation which save a lot of people a ton of time. I would !!!Highly!!!! recommend them!

We have loved Erie insurance over the past decade, but over the past 1-1.5 years the quality of service from Coe has progressively gone down hill. It has become so poor that we decided to switch to a different agent and insurance provider. Very disappointing.

**UPDATE: The leadership at KVIS/COE reached out to me and has helped to resolve some of the issues I was dealing with, even though I am no longer a customer. I truly appreciate that and now feel more confident in their customer service.

I have had COE Insurance as my provider for both auto and home services. At first when choosing a provider I was only concerned about the price that I paid. However, I had the unfortunate luck of being an accident that I was not at fault. I worked directly with the owner of COE Insurance to ensure that repair/replacement of the vehicle was handled appropriately. As well as having the lowest premiums in the area, I was able to receive personal support from the agents and the owner of COE Insurance. In addition, COE Insurance is leader in the community to ensure that they are doing their part to help organizations succeed in their missions. They are 5 star company!!!!!!!!

I have to share this. You don't hear enough good things happening in this world today.
I have Erie Insurance. After saving and scrounging for years I was finally able to buy my wife a new car. She had it 2 weeks and was rear-ended by another car. The gentleman admitted he wasn't paying attention. He didn't recieve any kind of ticket or citations.
His Insurance Co. was about impossible to get a hold of. It took 2 weeks to get there adjuster to come out and look at my car. When I called with questions they either didn't answer or I spoke to someone who could barely speak English. I'm told I have to pay for my own rental!!
So I take our car to the autobody shop and they proceeded to take it apart. At this point the repair bill almost doubled. AND the other guy doesn't carry enough insurance to cover the damage or rental . I'm so furious my head is about to explode.
Then I get a call from an adjuster from my insurance company. (KVISCOE/ ERIE.) He's on his way to the bodyshop to look at my car. He looks at it, cuts them a check for all the repairs. Then they contact the rental company and pick up the tab for the rental.
I did not ask them to do any of this, they just did it!
I could not be happier with them. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

You can not beat the customer service and pricing that is provided by KVIS & COE. I never though a company could beat the pricing I was getting from State Farm but they were able to save me about 15% on what I was paying and add additional coverage. Maureen and everyone that works with this company are phenomenal to deal with!
