On January 24th, I got a dreaded "Fraud Alert". I called the number in the alert text and was promptly assisted in reporting the event and confirming it was fraud. My Debit card was locked for my protection. I went to the Florence Branch, where I was reassured of the safety of my account. I was issued a new card within minutes - unlike othe banks that take several days to send out a new card.
