I have been working with McCool Insurance for more than 40 years, and in that time the entire staff have been friendly, helpful, easy to contact and quick in their responses to my needs and inquiries. I am moving out of state now and so regretfully ending my relationship with McCool, but send the entire staff my thanks for all of your service over these many decades. A special shout out to Melinda for her great assistance in these last communications and requests. She has been always available, quick to respond, pleasant and professional in her communication(s), and helpful to me in the process.

Terrible correspondence. I have been trying to work with Melinda through email because I can't talk on phone during the day and she either takes forever to respond or doesn't respond at all. I have been trying to find a different company to provide homeowners and auto insurance and it just doesn't happen. Very disappointed and will be looking myself so I don't have to deal with her anymore.
