Betsy and her team are awesome to work with. When I switched agencies, Betsy made the process so easy. Then when I had to have a home inspection, Betsy coordinated everything and kept in touch with the insurance company when I was still waiting for my shed to arrive after the deadline. I highly recommend Betsy and Kevin. They definitely have my best interest at heart.

I was moving from Michigan to Maryland and wanted a local auto insurance agent to help me with the task of the insurance. That this is a family owned business around for years it sounded like a good fit. Little did I know that everyone here was a lifesaver for making my move much calmer knowing this agency plopped in my lap for a reason. Not only did they help with my auto insurance, but I was able to get more expert advice and get my new health insurance coverage changed right in the same office.
I know I can call and ask anyone there about anything in my 'new town' I want to know.

They are very understaffed which led to our company losing a job because we couldn't get a hold of anyone for a COI. Our business is time essential to getting permits, and because of their lack of communication we lost over $20K in profit. We are shopping around for better WC Insurance.
