I wish we could say something nice about Magnum advisory however they are definitely not compassionate towards the boomer population. This review is on behalf of my parents. They used a former accountant who retired and sold the business to these jokers. Whenever they would call and ask a question, the magnum advisors would be rude, short and condescending when my parents were confused about any technology aspects. My parents have a small business and tried working with them all year and are sick and tired of being mocked and laughed at when they don’t know the “technology lingo” that Magnum group uses. They never once tried to help or be patient with my parents and I find it Absolutely . They might be adequate at their jobs, but they sure aren’t good people. I would 100% avoid this group due to how they treat people.

My wife & I had some current and prior year issues with IRS that we needed reliable, informed, and reasonably priced service. When we found Magnum Advisors 3 years ago, they worked quickly to resolve those issues. The two CPAs at Magnum are honest, pleasant to work with/listen to. I referred my sister to their services & they do her taxes as well as my wife & mine. I recommend Magnum without any reservations. Their service is customer-friendly and has always been helpful.
