We were referred to RPM Capital by a family friend. My sisters and I own a few rentals that we have accumulated over the years. Until now we were handling things on our own but once you have a few rental properties, managing them becomes a full time job! The RPM Capital office near White Marsh is now handling the two houses we own in Baltimore County. So far everything has been very good with them. Veronica, Sonya, and Suleman have been very helpful and a joy to work with. These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to county laws and regulations also. Before hiring them we were managing our rentals on our own so we were a little worried about the additional expense of hiring a management company but it has been so worth the extra expense not to have to deal with all of the headaches.

The best thing about Real Property Management has been communication. My past experience with other property management companies has been horrible communication, but these guys communication is never a complaint. Being a landlord is not easy or fun. Fortunately for me, my family has always owned rental homes and I have learned to deal with all of the bs from my father. RPM though has made it much easier to deal with all of the landlord headaches.
