The service and professionalism I just received was atrocious so I come to read all of these 5* reviews and it seems that rating was built up 4 years ago under different management. I had spoken to Akeeya 3 weeks ago and she told me I qualified for a small loan based on the exact info I brought in. I said "let me see if I need it at the end of the month". Then I receive a letter from them in the mail telling me I am qualified for 30 days. Well, in addition to the income they approved me on, I do gig work with several different companies as an independent contractor that requires a lot of driving. I noticed an oil leak under my car so I decided to get the loan and take my car to a different place than Jiffy lube as I had just paid them $178 for an oil change and apparently they put the oil filter in loose. I call yesterday morning "oh yes Ms. Carla come on in and bring your print out, we need 5 references and your id... that's it". I walk in, sit down and the mgr, Alona, looked at me like she hated me. Took Aleeya to the side and whispered. Then Alona, the mgr, comes back and tells me "we have to review this overnight and will get back with you in the am". I waited til 11:55 to call and Aleeya answered. She was nice but told me I did not qualify after all so I asked what is the income requirement? She was not allowed to tell me. Instead she put me on the phone with Alona whom again was very short with me. She wouldn't tell me who the parent company is, who the owner is or the amount of income required so I reviewed all of those good reviews; including the recent ones. There were a couple of bad reviews. I am going to follow up with a discrimination suit. When people treat you that rude at the sight of you then hide the company info... this needs to be investigated. Apparently when you are a decent looking blonde in a nice car with references, decent credit and qualify over the phone but walk in... it changes rudely and quickly on sight (not site, sight). I brought in a total proof of income of $870 after deductions which I was told on the phone was plenty PLUS I make another $800-900 a month in Door Dash deliveries, Wal Mart Spark deliveries, doing merchandising jobs and even online surveys but after she said I didn't qualify I offered my additional income and she says "that income doesn't matter, we aren't going to look at that"! Just as rude as can be. It's one thing to look at someone and change your mind because they dress better than you and drive a nicer car or aren't the shade you prefer but to act with such disdain is repulsive. I borrowed the money from my ex husband who told them on their reference call how responsible I am. His response "All you had to do was ask, I know you'll pay me back"! So, I want to know how many others qualified for the little $200 loan I requested with the same or less income, lower credit scores and if they have ever accepted contractors!

This place started off ok. But I was late on a couple payments and got harassed! Constant calls to my work. They made personal calls and text from personal cell numbers. And then I pay it off. Awesome! So proud of myself. I call them can I get another loan since I paid the last one off.OF COURSE YOU CAN. AS LONG AS YOU PAY ON TIME. Ok yes of course I will do better next time. THEN drive an hour and a half next day to come get this loan. Then all of a sudden they REFUSE ME? Would have loved to know that now that you left me stuck in Athens over 60 miles from home. No money no gas. Depending on the word of the employees.... Don't miss not 1 payment no matter what. BE. AWARE

They will do all they can for you if you keep them up to date with your situation. The main key is COMMUNICATION!!!!! They are some great and understanding people to deal with. I will go to them before I use anyone else.

Very good customer service! Applied for a loan and the manager (Jenny) handled it from start to finish. I would refer anyone needing a loan to go there!
