Tyler is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and made our transition from Indiana to Maryland so much easier. He helped us with our home insurance, making sure that everything was in place for our closing, to our auto insurance. He has been there for us every step of the way. When my 70 year old sewer line got frumpy earlier this year. I called Goldsborough and asked if the line was covered. It was! I asked how much that cost a year. They said the annual sewer line rider cost $30/yr and was good up to $10,000. Yay!
A month or so later I called to ask if my insurance policy covered my spouse driving my cars. They said, providing I had given her permission, then yes, we were covered! Yay!

We have been using Goldsborough Insurance for years now. When we initially started, we had Terri as our agent who was great. A few years ago, Tyler become our agent and I have nothing but great things to say about him. We recently moved from Maryland to Florida so we had to find an insurance agency elsewhere, which made us sad to leave, because Tyler has always been our go-to contact and made everything so easy and even enjoyable.
