5 stars for Scott! We recently were in the market for new auto and home insurance and I cannot say enough about Scotts professionalism and knowledge. Unlike any other company or office we called, HE answered the phone instead of an automated system. No long holds or call centers. I stopped in the office to talk with Mr Schaner regarding my current Erie Auto insurance policy.
