My long overdue review of this State Farm Agency, and Jackie as the Agent who worked with me!

In this day and age, it's very difficult to not only achieve, but MAINTAIN a 5-star profile on a google business profile. A referral from family sent me over to *Jackie*, commending her prompt support and thorough work by ensuring what was best for a new client.

I reached out and within 24hours (and even outside of business hours - Don't take that for granted people!!) - Jackie immediately was doing everything at Danielle Leonards, State Farm Agency so that she could to help with a recent F.U.B.A.R. issue that ALLSTATE caused even as a 5+ year customer on my 7 car Auto policy, and attempted to double my homeowners insurance!!

Jackie displayed her knowledge of the various policy possibilities to maximize my savings, while retaining the same coverage levels. Being my Auto policy isn't conventional, this is why I needed the best. Their 5-Star success is exactly that. While I'll continue to monitor price increases, I'm planning on staying with them as long as it makes financial sense.

If you've made it this far in the review, I've chosen to write this detailed review because as a former business owner, I know what it's like to have 10 times the amount of customers attempt to tear your business down with hate, but only a handful of customers that you take in and spend time with actually take the time to acknowledge and express their gratitude for the exceptional service you've spent so much time to provide.

Here's to Jackie, one of the best Agents I've work with across the 5 different Insurance Agencies I've worked with over the years!

Jackie from State Farm is amazing I highly recommend her for your insurance needs! My wife and I had been paying high insurance for quite sometime now. For the same rates & deductions Jackie was able to bring that amount down to only half of what we were paying and lower my deductible. My family has been with Danielle Leonard’s Team for years! Sure, there may be other cheaper insurance options out there, however, the little extra you pay for to stick with this team is worth it! The ease of which it is to make changes or inquire about anything under the sun is unmatched. We work with Melissa Poole on an almost monthly basis for all types of inquiries and her responsiveness, kindness, and the amount of pride she takes in her work is absolutely commendable. Passing up a chance to work with a community based team makes a noticeable difference that you will not get with these national brands that have call centers in different time zones. Good luck filing a claim or appealing a claim with one of those cheaper companies. I highly recommend this team especially in this post-COVID era where companies have lost sight of customer service and instead have made profits the end all, be all. Join this team and you will not regret it!
