I wish I can give them a 10 out of 5. I could write a whole book on how this agency is super phenomenal from when I first started this account to now. I recently had an issue with my account that was beyond their control and let’s just say, I’m extremely satisfied with how everything was handled from beginning to end. Not only was Tina thorough, she was professional, efficient, and super friendly. What more can you ask for these days? Tina went above and beyond to solve my issue and followed up to make sure everything was good. I am so grateful to her and the entire team. This office was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be staying with them for a very long time as I am a loyal client especially when I’m treated right… and great pricing is a plus 😀.

Today, I called because (due to my own mistake) I needed a couple last-minute changes made to my renters insurance policy for a move-in. Christian was not only kind and understanding, but was incredibly quick in making the changes and sending me the paperwork I needed. My experience with State Farm, I spoke with Shayla Bland, she helped explain many of the options I had in choosing my plan. She was very pleasant and professional. Insurance can be a hard decision, but I could hear the warmth in her voice and noticed how knowledgeable she was of the various policies and helped me decide which would be best for me. Upon entry I was greeted with hospitality accompanied by Ashley's customer oriented staff. I can tell you for all its worth, the wonderful Christian is my go-to for any of my questions/concerns. Very grateful for Ashley and affiliates representation. When you call your insurance agent, it is typically at times of high stress/need. Such was the case recently. I am new to the state and found myself standing in line at the MVA very much needing to get in touch with my insurance agent. I was referred to Ashley specifically by my out-of-state former office and, with the timer counting down in line, Ashley prioritized my situation immediately. Given the time it takes to process paperwork, the immediacy of her response is highly uncommon. However, within minutes my problem was resolved solely because of her attentiveness and kindness. I am very grateful for the office's representation, and though I hope that my need will be low ;), I have great peace of mind knowing I have Ashley and company to lean on when I need them.
