So my former homeowners insurance company jacked up my premium about 99.80% more which was insane. Also, I added my 18yr old son on our policy , so it was about time to shop around for new insurance. I read reviews on Lighthouse insurance services and decided to take my chances. However, I had already shopped around other companies so I had some quotes to compare with Lighthouse quote for Erie Insurance. My experience with Scott and his team was very pleasant through out the process. Timely response to phone calls or emails and very competitive rates with even better limits than other companies quoted me. I'm happy with our car and homeowners insurance. Lighthouse was there when I really needed an Ins. co. and a friend to direct me on what to do next. It's a blessing to be able to have someone that is an expert in insurance just a phone call away. they have never mislead and always told me all sides of this happens if you do that. and that happens if you do this. 101% honest Co.

As the cost of insurance skyrocketed, I reached out to Lighthouse to see if I could get a better bundled insurance package. They got me a better rate which i went with. But not only that, their customer service and friendliness is over the top. Scott frequently reaches out to see if I need anything and to just check in. I highly recommend them.
