Fantastic experience all around working with Lisa at Eastern Regional. She helped us with homeowners, car insurance and RV insurance including multiple changes when we upgraded our rig! Lisa is always available when I call with questions and goes above and beyond to help us understand our coverages. It is a world of difference having an agent working with you compared to working with a larger company.

We contacted Heather to provide us with business insurance, and she did an amazing job helping us get the coverage we needed. We had other insurance for our home and car and was with our insurance company for almost 20 years and we were content. Heather offered to give us a quote to see if maybe she could save us money. Highly recommend Matthew Garey.
I have been insured through Eastern Regional Insurance for over 15yrs (home and auto) and have never considered using another agency. The agents are professional, honest, and always responsive. My most recent experience has been with Matthew Garey who has exceeded my expectations. He has been available to take every call and responded to my emails within minutes. I have been a satisfied Erie customer for over 10 years. The excellent rates initially reeled me in, but the customer service and attention to detail keeps me with them today. We have had Erie for years!! Matt has always been quick to respond and always very helpful! He explains everything in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand! We have also dealt with others outside of Matt (while he has been out) and everyone has been wonderful and always make sure you’re taken care of. We’ve never had a bad experience.
