Rude, terrible customer service. Would not recommend. We were told after waiting 45 minutes “after our scheduled appointment time” that he could not do our taxes without original social security cards for myself, my husband, and our two children, one of which is a minor. We had our last years taxes but that was not good enough. And when we scheduled the appointment originally, we were told to bring our last year‘s taxes and our drivers license. We were never told to bring her Social Security cards for our entire family. My take was he was running behind and had to find an excuse not to do our taxes. And not only was he rude To us, he was also very rude to his front office clerk.

Put in a call to see if they do simple mid-year with-holding check ups; had to leave a message. After three days they called back. I tried to succinctly explain my situation but the guy was very rude and hung up on me mid sentence. Not exactly the way to attract new customers. Hell will freeze before I call them again. NOT RECOMMENDED.
