I prefer to deal with one representative for my insurance needs; it makes me feel more secure in that the person I am dealing with knows me and my needs. When I have any sort of insurance need, I make it a point to call Connie in the Frederick office. She has always patiently explained products and services in such a way that I feel comfortable making decisions. Any time I've had further questions, she was willing and able to candidly field those questions as well. That being said, please be sure to recognize Connie for her excellent service. Working with her is a pleasure.
