My aunt passed away and they couldn't locate her policy after having it and paying it for the past 15 yrs. Spoke to 3 different people to find it and then they wouldnt say how much it was becausethe phone number on file didn't match what my grandma said it was differentfrom back then. Finally got through to a person higher up there and got it straightened out and sent to the funeral home. Very sketchy business!! I would not recommend these people for life insurance....Period!!
