Amanda was the agent I worked with at Younger in Hagerstown MD. She had excellent experience in find the best insurance for her clients, friendly personality, and willing to work with her clients to make them happy and have the coverage they want/ need. She made the process easy and convenient. I walked away with a new car and the best insurance rate i could get all in on place and it was easy. I would highly recommend Amanda. Amanda has been great at running several quotes for me as I compare auto and home insurance and giving me options to compare. I definitely did not expect a call the day after leaving the Younger Toyota dealership, after finding a vehicle for my daughter, telling me that Alex L. took the time to save me, personally, some money on my own insurance. It's very much appreciated, and unexpected, that she went above and beyond for my own sake despite being there for the sole purpose of helping my daughter. And idk what it is about Alex, but it's like we could talk like we were old friends. She provides a distinct air of comfort that's rarely seen or felt in client relations these days...5 stars...gold medal winner...would definitely recommend! Thank you again, Alex!

James was great! He was quick and helpful on finding the best quote and coverage for me. He also explained which coverage would best help if I were to ever need to use my auto insurance. It was a recommendation given to me... And I'm beyond grateful the info was passed along to me. I hadn't had a car on the road on over 7 yrs, and rates were extremely high with Progressive because of that. When referred to Younger, I was told to speak with Amanda, however, Ms Alex received my call. I'm thankful she did, because I have social anxiety, and she was more than personable and easy to talk to. My upcoming 2nd payment is over 100 dollars less than I was previously paying, and the renaming 4 payments for the biannual installments, are just over 70 dollars less... Highly recommend doing business with Younger because their staff is friendly, professional, and try every outlet possible to find the best rates for their customers. They don't work for commission pay, therefore, they have no reason to up charge or try to sell you something you don't need. A+ experience, and I plan to be a lifelong customer.

Hey my name’s Seth and I had a very positive experience with this company. They were timely and very patient with explaining every detail I was curious about. Ended up with a very competitive quote for my auto and renter’s insurance. Would highly recommend!!!
