I am very eager to complement companies and individuals who have shown excellent customer service. I have been a client of Alex Sweeney since I came of age to enroll in Medicare. I had many questions about Medicare and gap insurance. My husband (I am Joann) recommended I talk to Alex and it was one of the best referrals I have ever been given. That first appointment and subsequent appointments have all been conducted with professional, friendly advice. My questions were all answered, and making a decision with the information Alex gathered was all encompassing. After the initial appointment, the same professional never wavered. This phase of life is important as it could be considered one of the more important issues a senior faces. It can be intimidating (it was for me) but I left with the knowledge that I made the best decision of all the options available. Decisions were made, documents prepared, and approval was achieved without any problems encountered. Four years later, any question I have, I know my answers are just an email or phone call away; they are always answered quickly. I am so grateful to have had Alex on my side as my life's journey brought me to this phase of my life.

When my husband became eligible for medicare, we were recommended to Alex. He answered all our guestions with extreme professionalism and patience. He walked us through the entire process which relieved our concerns. When I become eligible, the 1st thing I did was reach out to Alex. If you need help understanding Medicare (and who doesn't), this is the place to go! The people are pleasant, and know what they are doing! I walked in not knowing a thing about how to proceed and came out with a great plan designed by the people at Quality First Insurance Agency. I have known Paul Sweeney for several years, listened to his radio show on WJEJ. Then, I hit the magic age of 65 and had many questions about Medicare. I called and made an appointment with Alex Sweeny, his son so that I would be prepared with Medical Insurance when I retired. My wife and I met with Alex and he took time explaining all of the Medicare “alphabet” He helped us select a plan that actually cost about the same that what I was paying for on my employer’s plan. When the following year rolled around, again Alex sat down with us and he did a review and making a simple switch from Aetna to Heartland will save us several hundred dollars annually ! In my career, I spent 44 years in the banking and finance industry. So, that is my expertise. Alex’s and Quality First’s expertise is in the Insurance fields, with an excellent knowledge of Medicare Supplemental and Part D coverages. I highly recommend Alex and Quality First Insurance if you want great coverage at a reasonable cost.
